Mapping LIF to rate network & spatial patterns (Senk 2020)

This example reproduces methods used by Senk et al. [2020].

• network_structure.py: plots the network structure and uses the illustration network_sketch.svg
• mapping_lif_rate.py: fits the LIF transfer function for different working points to map a spiking to a rate network
• spatial_patterns.py: uses linear stability analysis to predict spatial pattern formation

All Python scripts use the parameter files Senk2020_network_params.yaml and Senk2020_analysis_params.yaml.
